Element : The element, if applicable (Fire, Water, Medical, None, ect...)
Duration : Now long the jutsu lasts (Instant, Maintained)
Chakra Cost : How much Chakra is required to use this jutsu(Both Initial and Over Time Cost, if applicable)
Role Play Description : What the user has to do to get the jutsu working, what the jutsu looks like and does, ect...
Special Notes : Any special conditions or requirements, or side effects to either the user or target, both good and bad.
