Purpose/Description.: To conceal identity

History: This mask was specially designed to fit Kotetsu Tenrai-Kaguya, a excellent Hunter-nin with capabilities of an Anbu. It was secretly created and only a few high ranking officials of the Kiri government have seen it, and the rest and fell before it. After he left the mist he lined the markings located on the mask with a jet black, except for around the eyes he had it black outlined in red.
