Bingo Book

The Bingo Books
(手配書, Bingo-Bukku) are black books used by ninja that contain any and all information on black-listed ninja they are to target.

Purpose:
Normally, a Bingo Book is owned by jōnin and Anbu members of the major shinobi villages. Each entry on the Bingo Book is added by a high ranking official, usually the Kage, who lists a black-listed ninja. Usually, each Hidden Village's Bingo Book covers criminals and its country's most dangerous enemy ninja. There are also entries on missing-nin or potential security threats they are all marked for elimination.

Legend/Infamous: When hasme was growing up he was Entered into a project by scientists of the hidden sand where they would try to find a host for the shikaku and the failed many times but they succeed with, Hasme. At a later stage in life after he passed the chunin exams he was in the market with a friend and the now current kazekage Katokari, when the tailed best inside him went out of control which he ultimately manage to suppress but not before killing on the children with him. after ward he fled the village and has not been seen since. His title was given because of the Shikaku.
